East River Ferry
NY Waterway's East River Ferry will launch on June 13, 2011 and connects Manhattan with various destinations in Brooklyn, Queens and Governor's Island. The robust nature of the service and the ever increasing popularity of Brooklyn and Long Island City makes this an attractive option for commuters, leisure travelers and tourists alike.
All year round, during peak hours (approximately 7am - 9:30am and 4:30pm - 7pm), ferries will run every 20 minutes. Summer service, April 1 - October 31, during off-peak hours, ferries will run every 30 minutes.
Hudson River Ferries
NY Waterway's Hudson River Ferries depart from Pier 11, located in downtown Manhattan on South Street between Wall Street and Gouveneur Lane. Take MTA subway #2 and #3 to Wall St. Walk down Wall St. 2 blocks to South Street. Turn right on South Street. Pier 11 will be on the left
